Michael is a highly experienced Executive Recruiter with a Degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware. Upon graduation in 1995, Michael began recruiting in the Precast-Prestressed Concrete, Concrete Pipe, and Concrete Block and Paver Manufacturing. For the past 15 years, his focus has been the PCI Certified Plants and supporting Engineering Firms.  Michael has deep expertise and understanding of these industries.

Lauren joined our team in 2014 after graduating from Monmouth University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has now been serving the aluminum industry for almost a decade and focuses on positions in the industry from presidential/CEO level to die correctors, extrusion supervisors, maintenance technicians, and anything in between. Her focus is working mainly with extrusion mills and aluminum extrusion suppliers. She looks forward to continuing her success in serving the Industry by assisting candidates in their career changes and providing clients with top industry talent.

Daniel joined United in 2015 as a Search Consultant, leveraging over 20 years of experience in sales, management, and customer service. Since then, he has built a strong portfolio in precast and concrete pipe industries. In 2022, Daniel rose to the position of Director of Recruiting – Precast & Concrete Pipe, overseeing the local, regional, and national recruiting team and establishing them as go-to consultants in both sectors. Prior to UEG, he served as the Director of Business Development for Clear Channel Outdoor, developing lasting relationships with construction companies seeking specialized professionals.

Beyond his professional role, Daniel dedicated five years to leading the Salisbury Youth Association and has actively contributed to youth and high school baseball for the past 12 years, currently serving as the President of the high school baseball booster club. He earned his MBA in 2011 and proudly holds a bachelor's degree as a "Golden Bear" from Kutztown University, class of 2003.

Brian Donnelly, Director of Recruiting at United Employment Group, brings over a decade of recruiting experience to the Concrete Construction industry. Prior to joining UEG, he worked as a corporate recruiter in the Publishing industry. He spent his first four years at UEG recruiting in the Precast and Prestressed Concrete industry, working with all levels of candidates from technicians and specialists to executives. He now brings that knowledge and experience to the Concrete Construction industry, where he brings together experienced industry professionals with concrete contractors and GCs. Brian is a member of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.

Zachary joined United Employment Group in 2018 and quickly found success in recruiting Engineers within the Precast Concrete industry. He expanded his expertise into the Civil Engineering industry focusing on sectors such as land/site development, structural (building/bridge), transportation (highway/traffic), environmental, & geotechnical engineering. He also specializes in Land Surveying for both field and office positions. Zachary’s reach spans the entire United States collaborating with firms of all sizes to place top-notch engineering talent.
