Scope:
- Develop, and implement Customer service and administration procedures to deliver a continual improvement in business growth in accordance with strategic objectives.
- Understand the market and industry and in conjunction with the VP set the business goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers (at the appropriate level), as well as own external sales to understand their needs and objectives and ensure they are delivered
- Manage business inventory, customer & salesforce relationships to ensure consistency in service, support and on time deliveries
- To achieve required sales budgets and targets
Responsibilities:
1. Planning
- Help to manage and maintain inventory & service levels together with other personnel
- Work within pricing parameters and budgets
- Manage customer service levels to a high standard
- Liaise with third party warehousing company and haulers
- Implement strategic decisions taken by the business
2. Sales Activities
- Telephone contact with customers and prospective customers as required
- Help deliver customer initiatives to improve customer service
- Manage day to day Ecommerce activities and sampling as required
3. Behavior
- Commit to undertake Dealer/Contractor training as may be required
- Operate in line with Health and Safety Procedures, Competition Law Compliance and other business processes and procedures.
4. Administration
- Ensure a weekly activity report is logged with appropriate personnel
- Effectively communicate, to ensure customer complaints and /or requirements are actioned and resolved
- Work within approved Credit lines and/or request action as required
