Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Refrigeration) Job Description: This position is responsible for maintenance and operation of all equipment in refrigeration. Job Synopsis: The Maintenance Technician for refrigeration is required to perform a daily visual check and repair if needed on:

• Temperature
• Boiler operation
• Ice machine operation
• Fault Unit/Heater if needed

Monitor and maintain levels associated with compressor once per week. Check for any kinds ofleaks on all hydraulics, water lines, and air lines. Check for mechanical difficulty on all bearings, valves, motors, gear boxes, blowers and machine frame work. Ensure that all valves and meters are in good working condition at all times. Shut off/start up air compressor on end and start of production. Mix chemicals for boilers: oxygen exchavenger and boiler treatment. Change barrels out for condenser and cooling towers.
