Job Description:
- Ensure finishing crews are scheduled for each pour. Work with General Superintendent to maximize pour schedules and communicate with superintendent on each project to ensure equipment needs are available for each pour.
- Ensure the standard of quality is achieved on each pour including Ff/Fl numbers
- Manage inventory of finishing tools and ensure pans, blades, hand tools, Etc. are purchased and delivered for each pour
- Manage efficiency for concrete finishing and track and evaluate efficiency of concrete pours
- Responsible for Tracking all costs and production
- Manage finishing machine fleet by scheduling and ensuring preventative maintenance
- Possess the ability to meet with existing and potential customers and be able to exhibit and express extensive knowledge of finishing techniques.
- Leadership/ People development with finishing crews
- Conduct weekly safety meetings with finishing crews and maintain proper documentation for them.
