Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive production schedule, considering capacity, resources, and project timelines. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure production requirements are met and prioritize tasks accordingly. • Continuously monitor and adjust the schedule to accommodate changes in demand, materials availability, and other factors. ERP Software Utilization: • Become proficient in our ERP software and effectively utilize it for production scheduling and data management • Enter job information, part Bill of Materials (BOM) data, and other relevant details accurately and timely into the system. • Generate reports, analyze production data, and provide insights to optimize efficiency and productivity. Manufacturing and Plant Production Support: • Possess a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations to effectively plan and schedule production activities. • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. • Identify bottlenecks and potential issues, proactively addressing them to maintain optimal production levels. Communication and Collaboration: • Foster strong communication channels with various stakeholders, including production teams, project managers, and other departments. • Collaborate with team members to optimize production planning and resolve any conflicts or challenges that may arise. • Provide regular updates on production progress, milestones, and any schedule adjustments to ensure alignment and transparency. • Plant spoken languages are English, Spanish, Portuguese Qualifications and Skills: • Previous experience in a production scheduling role within a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in working with ERP software for production scheduling and data management. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant production operations. • Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proactive problem-solving ability and the capacity to handle unexpected changes or challenges. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
