Scope:
- Developing products through market knowledge insights from market research and customer buying behaviour
- Understand market segmentation and industry forecasts and propose business strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key business customers at the appropriate level.

Responsibilities:
1. Planning
- Help develop business strategy in conjunction with designated personnel
- Assist commercial team in achieving business goals
- Produce accurate business forecasts
- Implement and promote strategic decision given by the business.
2. Sales Activities
- Understand market segmentation and strategic position business for opportunities
- Promote and sell to Architects, Designers and specifiers where appropriate
- Identify, develop and grow business into designated markets
- Coach and support commercial teams as well as Dealers and Contractors as required
- Continual margin improvement for designated products
3. Behaviors

4. Administration
- Coordinate, monitor and review all elements of each trading agreement/business plan
- Ensure the Customer Records System is fully up to date with customer contact information and tracking
- Effectively communicate with the ‘Back Office’, to ensure customer complaints are actioned and resolved
