Description:
Remote Position: Must be located within 1 hour of an international airport. Frequent travel up to 75%.
JOB PURPOSE: Provide technical customer service and support during the installation, commissioning, and servicing of Concrete Products equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contributes to customer satisfaction – includes frequent travel up to 75%
- Ensures proper electrical and mechanical installation
- Finalizes the equipment commissioning process
- Ensures that production schedule and profitability commitments are met
- Assists with sales support
- Documents project requirements
- Utilizes CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer relationships
- Supports internal and external customer service
- Provide After-Hours technical support
- Contributes to the continuous improvement effort
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
- Contributes to team effort
- Participates in applicable SOP and SWI training as well as knowledge base.
- High School or GED required; Associate’s degree or vocational or technical school degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong technical aptitude; has the ability to deal with abstract and concrete variables with a high attention to detail
- PLC troubleshooting (program editing & network connections)
- Specific Knowledge of RSLogix, Compact Logics & TI (PLC programming)
- ControlLogix (PLC programming)
