You might be wondering what the process to getting a new roof will be like, well you’re in the right place. Keep reading to answer your questions, and find out exactly what the process will be like.

Whether your roof is damaged, leaking, or simply approaching the end of its life cycle, the process starts with you making the decision to take action, and one of our experienced employees will help you get started.

The estimate process is our opportunity to understand your needs, provide you with all necessary licenses, insurance, certifications, and understand your blueprints.

As we prepare for your new roof to begin installation, we’ll meet with you at your home, and review and sign your contract. We’ll also go over and pick the best materials for your new roof.

We order your materials and have them delivered to the site prior to the start of the job. We also obtain any permits that are necessary perform the work at this stage.

Now the fun begins! The real work starts, and it’s time to replace your old roof.

Most Projects are completed in one day!

This level of efficiency is only possible through our expert systems and robust teams that have their craft down to a science.

We quickly, safely, and efficiently remove the old roofing materials while keeping the job site as clean as possible.

If there’s damage to the roof structure we will inform you and repair it at this time.

Now it’s time for the new roof to be installed!

We start the new roof process by installing ice & water shield, synthetic underlayment, and metal drip edge before finally installing the new shingles and or rubber roofing materials.

Once your new roof is installed we perform a final walk through with you to ensure your expectations have been met, and address any remaining questions or concerns.

Now it’s time to close the project. We finalize your warranty and follow up with you to ensure you’re happy with your new roof.

That’s it, your new roof is installed!
