Tara Lombardia

ASSOCIATE

Tara is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions practice group, handling clients’ residential real estate transactions from start to finish. She represents purchasers, sellers, and investors in the purchase and sale of condominium units, cooperative units, new development purchases, townhouses, and homes through New York City, Westchester, and Long Island, including assisting clients with their 1031 exchanges and LLC formations. From first time home buyers to purchases and sales of high-end luxury properties and vacation homes, Tara is there for her clients every step of the way.

Tara began practicing real estate law after graduating from law school. During law school, she worked at the New York State Attorney General’s Office and the Legal Aid Society. She received her bachelor’s degree from Villanova University where she majored in Gender Studies and graduated magna cum laude. Tara received her Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she served as an editor of the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review journal.

In Tara’s free time, you can find her spending time with her family, including her one-year-old son and two-year-old Labrador, or at Madison Square Garden rooting for the Knicks!
